What are the payment options?
Simple. The free flipping book is… free. No quibbles, no hassle. Send us your PDF, complete the details form and you're up and running. All other options are simply invoiced, following our usual contractual commercial relationship terms. Yes, we'll have to meet and discuss details, listen to your requirements, around a hot cup of coffee. Oh, and that's free too.
Do I have full control over my reports?
Of course. We're here to help, not to make your life difficult. Irrespective of the plan chosen (from free flipping book to dedicated fully functional website), you are in control. The report can be hosted at our place, yours, or elsewhere. The copy and photography can be yours, ours, or someone else's. Your CMS or ours? Software as a service or stand alone? You decide. It's your report after all, isn't it?
Is my company’s privacy guaranteed?
Of course! But that was almost obvious. We've produced over the years dozens of annual reports, and signed as many confidentiality agreements.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. It really is as simple as this. No, there is no long-term contract. There is, however, a service level agreement. You are entitled to service, and that should be contractually clear. Formal but no ties.
